mary wade Board of managers approves new officers for 2010-2013

New Haven, CT – Mary Wade is pleased to announce the selection of a slate of new officers to lead the Board of Managers for 2010-2013.

Raymond Peach will continue to serve as the president of the Board. Mr. Peach is a senior consultant with TD Banknorth and has over 49 years of banking experience.

Richard A. Hutchinson, an independent financial advisor for CIGNA's financial planning operation, has been selected to serve as vice president of the Board. Mr. Hutchinson was a managing partner of Richards, Gerard, & Allen, Inc. and a senior consultant with Don Aux Associates. He has an MBA and MA in finance and economics from Trinity College and the University of New Haven, he taught at the Ancell Graduate School of Business and Southern Connecticut State University, and he is the author of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Lucie Iannotti has been selected to serve as treasurer of the Board. Mrs. Iannotti has a BA from Connecticut College and an MA from Yale University. She is an active volunteer and lends her talents to hospice care, St. Mary's Church, and the Branford Liturgy Committee.

Christina Ciociola has been selected to serve as secretary of the Board. Mrs. Ciociola is the philanthropic officer for care coordination and data for the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. She has an MA in public health and social work and a certificate in gerontology from Boston University. She has also served as a member of the management team of a 500-bed extended care facility, which included oversight of the social work department and the Alzheimer's Disease/dementia special care unit.
